Annual Meeting
On Thursday, March 27, the Meet Minneapolis 2007 Annual Meeting presented a recap of the organization's 2007 highlights, announceed new board members for 2008, awarded industry leaders and featured celebrated keynote speaker, Leigh Steinberg, in an all-new luncheon setting.

New Time, New Ideas
Our annual meeting took on a whole new look and feel as we hosted our first-ever lunch event, with an exciting keynote guest. Leigh Steinberg—the original "Jerry Maguire" and a leading environmental activist in the sports industry—addressed the timely topic of green sporting and event venues and earth-friendly business.
Most importantly, the event highlighted a greater, greener message. Minneapolis's future is in sustainability—from sports facilities to conventions to our everyday lives. Green business is good business, and the time to make a difference is now.
